Who We Are
HFI's core business is supplying fully cooked diced chicken meat and chicken strips to industrial food processors, retail outlets, and food service distributors. Haddonfield Foods currently supplies companies of all sizes from small mom and pop operations to large multi-billion dollar corporations. We believe our strength is customer service and take pride in the fact that we still have the first customer we ever sold to back in 1976.

Mike Lepore, CEO and President of Haddonfield Foods, began his career in the chicken business back in 1976. In 1985, he, along with several partners, opened Four Star Products in Bridgeton, New Jersey; and in 1988, opened New Market Poultry in New Market, Virginia. Four Star was one of the largest fully cooked fowl manufacturers in the U.S., supplying distributors and industrial further processors with fully cooked chicken meat and by-products.
In 1997, Mike started Haddonfield Foods. Today, Mike's three sons, his brother Bruce, and Todd Stephens are involved in the business. Collectively, they have over 123 years of experience serving the chicken industry.
